Title: Experimental test of quark deconfinement — hadrons with charm quarks
Speaker: Johanna Stachel (Heidelberg University)
Abstract: The production of hadrons in relativistic nuclear collisions with up to three charm quarks is strongly enhanced if the quarks in the hot fireball are deconfined. We will describe how this comes about in the framework of the Statistical Hadronization Models, confront existing data with model predictions, and provide first estimates for deconfinement volumes.
