报告摘要：Based on an array of the latest cosmic ray data, I argue that the local electron and positron fluxes are statistically inconsistent with the rest of the measurements within the framework of the standard cosmic ray propagation model. Then using Bayesian statistical methods I show how to extract the uncertainty of the electron and positron fluxes and determine the size of their anomaly.
